We work our a– off Mon-Fri signing up New Members, Renewing Savings an Business members. Yet no raise, our MSL walks around in the store not being productive. Just talking an texting each other on Facebook. I’m done!!! I’m frustrated!!!’ HO doesn’t care!!!!

Not to sound rude. Really. But, when you found out that your position wasn’t bumping to $18 and above with the other leads in the club, you should have ran. Also, if the position is not able to be replaced if the current person in it leaves - should be a clear sign to you. I am the former membership lead and I chose to move up instead of staying in the role when I knew there was a chance of being overlooked or eliminated. You have to be ready to change and adapt constantly with this company.
What about all the travel expense you’re raking in. Clubs are paying out $50-100 Per day while you’re driving running errands and visiting your family and friends. Sure you’re hit business all day....
Some of you must work with me as I see mgrs standing around doing nothing or on their cell phone having personal calls alllllllll day.
I’m the membership TL and I never get the weekend off unless I request them. My pay is still at $15 an hour. I can’t complain. I do what I can and I bring in what I can. I enjoy my role and truly enjoy selling memberships. I despise the people I work with but my focus stays on my members and making sure my goals are met!
You get weekends off? Must be nice.
I’ve been capped for 11 years . Got a second job to help with cost of living.
Its because they are going to get rid of your position I could feel it last year so I got out of marketing and became the bakery lead... get a different lead spot
For your information I work Mon-Fri an I’m a Helping the MSL on the weekend. Maybe your Membership Lead sit on her or his a– but I bust my a– every day.
You wont get a raise. That position is being eliminated
Why don't you try working hours like everyone else and stop crying all team leads busy their asses have to work weekends and nights let me see some of you membership leads do that

A manager told me that the main reason they get bigger bonus is because of our membership team lead. No I am not the team lead.
Try being capped out and not getting a raise!! Not just one two three four years and so on and so on
This company is run by imbeciles and mo–ns.
I understand your frustration. Membership Leads are being looked over.
