Our quarterly bonus is not equal to 2 %. For more info on the bonus, go to the WIRE (now One Walmart), Work, and Compensation. Log into Workday to see what your new pay rate is. Your mgr or anyone who has access can also log into SMART, Associate Scheduling, Associate, and Pay to see your new rate. Not everyone will receive a raise due to the significant increases for some positions (ie. Fresh Leads, Member Leads, etc).
Anyone that received a raised last year via their position base pay increase WILL NOT receive a 2%
Depends, if you were promoted into a lead position or received increase in June or August than no raise. If you received any of the fresh raises than no raise.
How many times I have to tell everybody. Their is no 2% Raise. We received our Bonus Quarterly, therefore the amount of Bonuses we receive will equal out to our 2% Raise. I’m Sorry everyone🤷🏽♀️

There is no 2% Raise
It will be Saturday, February 15th this year, if at all. Last year it was Saturday, February 16th.
There will be no raise this year
