Why leave, most people don't do anything at IBM and still collect nice paychecks just hanging out with their spouses and friends. It's like being at Circus Circus with all those clowns.
The best thing for employees is to find another job. Hanging on to the belief IBM will change its ways and actually care about its workers is delusional.
Here's to hoping he cleans up the bloat in services as well as banning nepotism once and for all.
Letting a RedHat kid run the white-old-guy company is like trying to mix oil and water. Just won't mix. Dumped that mess decades ago. Good luck.
