Same experience as everyone. Complained to HR with a record of dialogue and was told that unless it was escalated to the MD, it was no use. I got pushed out right after I reported the abusive incidents to the MD! Apparently the firm's preached standard procedure only works against you. Later I heard from others that the abusers are immune b/c they have labor attorneys. They are too expensive to receive punishments from the firm's standpoint! Ridiculous!

A manager harassed me and got away with it . I tried to tell MD's and then was first ignored then pushed out . They all work together never make any complaints .

people that exhibit poor behavior or file HR complaints in my LOB are rewarded by management with special projects to ‘get rid of the issue’. the good employees that show up every day, do their job, stay under the radar and keep their hands clean are held behind to keep production numbers up and get zero opportunities. those are the same good people that are afraid to report to HR in fear of management showing them the way out the door.

ED too, penny-pinched as if paying salary from own personal wealth. Mgr was appalled to find out that I received the salary adjustment from the gender equality, in so much words implied that I didn't deserved that amount. Mgr applied bullying and intimidating tactics to exert stress on me for 14 months. Other ED staged big demo of escorting fired staff out the building, action implied that this can happen to you too. HR is not on your side. Put in a Code of Conduct report on the manager, and so subsequently I got cut under the disguise of reduction count for strategic location cause. However the fact is not everyone in my location was cut, it was a lie to rid of me.

A very hypocritical company where they talk about "values" but it's only for show. The values they spout do not apply to their customers and even less to their employees. Managers drink the kool-aid HARD, act like it's the business of their family, and then want to make you think that you're privileged to work there. Disgusting!

Absolutely! Put a complaint in with the hr dept. I kept a log of incidents with dates and times and also had witnesses who corroborated. Nothing was ever done. Continuous discriminatory and harassing comments which the code of conduct prohibits. But I learned that the code does not apply to MD’s
