We have always known before this time ever yr if we got a raise and even if it's just 2 percent yet this year we know nothing yet. Am I counting in more than 2 percent hell know that would mean that home office finally cared. 2 percent is a joke and a slap to the face because we all know cost of living went up way more than 2 percent. If Sam's does not start paying people fairly they are gonna find it hard to keep anyone working in there. They want people making 11 dollars to do same job as people who make way more. How is this ok? Once we find out if we only get 2 percent I am done. I have loved working at Sam's but this c-ap doing ever job and getting paid 11 dollars after 5 yrs because first two a manger retaliated against me because I open door her is just stupid. There not getting another yr if my life if they can't pay me for the jobs I do, the fact I never call in not am I late then I am done. They appreciate nothing. Sure u have a manger ever once in awhile go thank u do they mean it hell no. So I wish they would hurry up let me know ow how much raise I get and if it's there so called 2 percent then I am out. Yeah yeah I know they don't care and ur right but neither do I anymore so I guess it's gonna be same. Maybe when everyone get that I don't give a sh– attitude like mangers and home office do well let's see how far this place will go then. I don't know if I have ever seen a company care so less about it's employees as this company but one day they will fall. Mark my words.

May as well put in your notice. And for all of the other people who are saying they are putting in their notice, you should go. No need in wasting space with negativity when there are good people waiting for an opportunity and keeping dead weight cry baby associates around. Good riddance.
I do not believe someone hired in December will qualify for the 2% raise. I think you had to start by beginning of the 4th quarter, which was around the beginning of November some time.

Wow they paid millions for super bowl commercials and screw the employees. Wonder how many of these jackasses were at the super bowl. This should show ever employer just how much they don't care about u. Smh one day these people gonna fall and they will fall hard.
Well I guess you all are leaving . Because yes it is only 2% . Everyone gets the same weather you are the best worker or the worst worker . Everyone gets 2% no more no less lol
They could only afford 2 percent raises to help pay for all the super bowl commercials. Used and abused.

Very very true it's sad that all these employees has made them all rich and they treat us this way. And I think I will be putting my two weeks in this week also..
You should just go now. Don't wait to see what little raise you will get. I don't mean that in a mean way. This company is not worth it anymore. Say you do get more than 2%, that will come with even more responsibility that will be impossible to finish. And of course, it will come with more cuts also. Get out with your dignity. I'm putting in my 2 weeks tomorrow. Free at last!
