How will that really be enforced? Disable badge entry if travel to China on work record?

I saw a recent news story about USA residents returning from China on special charter flights. The flight was on a Kalitta Air 747 that landed at March Air Force Base in California and everyone on the plane was being held there on quarantine for 14 days. There is no home quarantine from what I see on the internet.
Good question. They can't roll anything out without tripping on their feet. By the time they do the virus will be old news.
Access to several facilities has been achieved in the last year by former employees and even non employees. Security is always a legitimate concern. Honeywell needs to do more in this area.
