I asked about AIP and was told we are getting something but no amount known yet. We all hope we have jobs in the future but while I’m doing this job, I will do what I can for the members. They deserve the best care we can give them. No matter what we feel about the organization, we are health care professionals with peoples lives to think about.

I would never answer the phone if i knew it was Humana calling. This is the real world - not a Humana medicare advantage infomercial
Many getting NO RAISES but asked to do the work of 2 or 3 people. Times are getting worse.
Yes. Ask for volunteers or ppl to go part time. Many would. Also why aren’t we emailing and texting people. Time to get with the times.
I hope they ask if anyone wants early retirement!!! That might save someone who might have a chance to stay.
It means Humana is not seeing a return on their investment in the chronic care program. I’ve also heard this about case management in general at Humana. The reach rates are poor because members do not answer their phones, or they use call blockers, or they screen their calls. It’s becoming a real issue. Most people today would rather communicate via text or email or not at all. I can’t say that I blame them, I screen my calls too & I definitely don’t answer if I don’t know the phone number. I think big changes are going to have to occur for this to improve.
Yes for hccp.
Was it a flat ROI for HCCP?
Flat ROI means no ROI which means members are not benefiting from the calls. Chatting it up does not work if it doesn’t keep the healthy members healthy and the sick members out of the hospital.
No one knows what their increase or AIP is until 2/21.
Does your company need any help?
I was one of the fortunate chosen for the October 2019 RIF, I was devastated at first but have since found a dream job! Absolutly no micromanagment and true care for the health of whom I manage. Best wishes to the rest of you and if your number comes up-think of it as a blessing in disguise!
