iot software will be handled by artificial intelligence and programmers/coders and your hardware in stallers.

Yes there will be more outsourcing. You can bet on it. Remember Stankey said no place is safe.
What I have been hearing is outsourcing of a good chunk of it and for those left at AT&T they must move to Dallas or they will not have spot, I have seen nothing official but got that from some good sources, seems like the norm in a lot of areas
