This year performance related over G19 but if your face does not fit like me expect a big hit just like roundtable days so they can find big awards for the chosen ones who often just lift others work that get the hit

to Post ID: @4qbu+13fftHMX, so true. It's so toxic and just gets more toxic everyday. More work gets put on everyone as they RIF;s employees. No raises, less benefits and the STI stays the same level each year and it's up to the Manager to divy it out. Yeah, there are favorites that really make out well.
Poorly managed, arbitrarily chosen. What should be a good day turns out to be the day more than a few folks turn in their notices. Never worked anywhere with such a toxic, pessimistic culture emanating from the top. Sad.
Management and Senior Management will make out well. It's the working employees 19 and below that will get a sliver of what they get.

Funded 100% below 19. 110% above. But that’s before management skimming/ holdbacks and whatnot. Then there’s your performance... it’s a better picture than 2018.

The "minions" as you put it, will see STI as they have in the past. Nothing to indicate a change here.
