FBO Surplus and the Accenture Contract

FBO (Finance Billing Ops) got an MVO this month, even though almost all 1st and 2nd lines are scheduled for surpluses in quarters 1through 3.

My gut feeling says more surpluses are coming and that Jones, Fete's replacement, does not care about the Accenture knowledge transfer schedule. Anyone have insight?

Fete pulled his parachute and left the rest of you in free fall.

No one seems to know where Jones came from. The Fete departure was really odd. He announced he was retiring in early December right before a town hall. He was off payroll by the end of the year. No explanation given. We suspect an unplanned departure. It was way quicker than Donovan's exit.

Rumor is that the FBO Accenture deal was his baby.

Who is Jones and where did they come from and why did Fete get canned? I'm now retired but I used to work under the Fete umbrella org.
