It’s total overkill and ridiculous to cut down on “idle time” when we are working and not idle. Reading charting or a careplans is not idle and it speaks volumes of how out of touch Humana is with real health care. Nurses leaving left and right and the reputation is down the drain. Members leaving left and right!
Goldman Sachs issues buy alert for Humana: analysts are generally on board with HUM. 14 Buy ratings and 4 Holds assigned in the last three months add up to a Strong Buy Street consensus. Based on the $392.56 average price target, the upside potential lands at 13%. (See Humana stock analysis on TipRanks) . Humana should be passing out gold bars to employees not laying off. ?? PS: in 2009 Humana stock was trading in the $40 - 90 range. Thank goodness for Obamacare??
Please post anything you hear. I feel like more layoffs are around the corner. So much outsourcing. Not about people anymore at Humana. All about profits for their shareholders.

What is HCM? I don’t have any meetings today. Humana is such a huge company who knows who will be affected & what is really going on. I’m just doing my job until I get told I’m laid off. Hopefully we get the same deal the last RIF had, so we have time to look for a new job & get things in order.
Does anyone know what the meeting today is about. It was scheduled for me and other "Home Operations Associates" but I notice there are several HCM that are not required to go, including coach....any insight?
I’ve heard so many different things related to layoffs. First it was the beginning of January, then it was February, after all the numbers were in, and now it’s sometime in the first quarter. Who really knows? I’ve also heard definitely by the end of the year. I have noticed that I’ve been getting a lot of employee surveys lately. It’s insane that Humana keeps hiring yet they are planning more layoffs.
Figures they would let folks go at raise time 😩. I feel it coming,
