And just for the record, Bakers & Cake Decorators are 2 different positions. Bakers do bake breads that are frozen, although it's a bit more detailed than just throw it in the oven ! LOL However, cake decorators DO make plenty of things that, although not "from scratch", are very detailed & time consuming to make! It's time consuming for someone who is experienced & familiar with doing it!! For someone who's not....it would be a very long process & probably not done to spec!! Point being...it's not as easy as it looks!🙄 Besides the cakes, there are Gourmet Cupcakes (very detailed), Gourmet Brownies, Strawberry cakes, berry topped cheesecakes, scoop cakes, etc. So yeah...not just anyone can walk in & do it & get it right...I've seen plenty try !😉

Right on from someone who worked as a baker and helped out with cakes ,cupcakes, at graduation when it got really really crazy back there!!! And yeah ya just don't through frozen bread in the ovens, it's called floor proofing & if you don't get that right your your screwed. Lucky now day's you don't have to do things from scratch like when I first started with this company that was ROUGH going, all cakes, cupcakes, muffins, frosting's were done from scratch. So don't assume that anyone could walk into the bakery & do there job ,because it takes a certain kind of person & I seen many many fail at it to do all that is asked of each and every one of them. Quite hating on the bakery all the time.
