The NM CEO is a hired gun who is tasked to make money for NM equity owners. His priorities are focused on what his masters want. NM employees are not his priority. People need to stop buying into the PR c-ap fed to them.
All companies have been doing it for years in the USA, this country has gone from CEOs making 28 times more than average employees in the 70s to hundreds of times more today.
This CEO here at Neiman being from Europe has portrayed himself as a caring leader of employees at this company, the bonuses promised for a few at the top while in the midst of layoffs of employees who were part of building this company while he was working for Ralph does not exhibit that caring so falsely portrayed.
Why blame NM only when all around you, all companies do it as well. My point is, open your eyes that this is how toxic capitalism works.
Its not supposed to make sense..the company is systematically flawed
