You get honest opinions , answers and concerns here. This place is the pulse of how retail employees feel about working at Verizon at the moment....in real time. Most employees don’t like to take those pulse surveys and don’t always respond honestly for fear of being targeted even though they are supposedly kept anonymous. I’m not saying I agree with everything on here but I agree with 80% of it. If anyone higher up is listening treat this place like RIS and take at least 80% of it seriously as well. If you do you can clearly see things need to be worked on. We have all spoken.
