Amidst all this Coronavirus crisis, some tech employees are given 30 days working notice.. goes to show that Wells Fargo doesn’t care about its employees..

Yep @1gmp+13Y2fCrs, that would be a clear sign there is a serious issue.

Thank god that Nothing like the federal government taking over the hiring and firing practices in a commercial company is occurring.

An extremely corrupt company is being forced to clean up its mess, which is a good thing.

Ive heard other groups who had Already been served notice now aren’t being let go for the time being.

Lay-offs don't just happen overnight. They are planned well in advance. No reason to put anything on hold that was going to happen anyway. Profits, not people. Especially now with the stock price tanking.

They are canning people in middle of a massive epidemic spreading . When you see the federal government take over the hiring and firing practices in a commercial company that is a clear sign there is a serious issue

It’s a business. It just cares about thriving or surviving. Right now everyone is on survival mode. Look at your investments. If you’re p-ss-d about the losses and want it to turn around then you’re part of the lay-off problem. You can’t have it both ways.

What business groups or units? We’re they given an option to move to a hub location or just a straight lay-off for reduction in headcount? Any info would help.
