Thread regarding Walmart layoffs

Is Walmart Stores doing anything regarding the coronavirus?

Sorry for intruding, my company (at&t) is having layoffs and I stopped by here to ask your workers here (I shop at Walmart and Sam's often).

Walmart doesn’t even have clean bathrooms! They are totally dirty and nasty. They can’t even clean their bathrooms! At my store half the locks are broken on the stalls as well. It is hilarious that they told the media they are closing to sanitize haha OK.

I think the changes they made haven't helped. For one thing, their aisles are too small. People are herding up to shop in one place too much. Too much crowding, and suspicious people in the crowds. Also, I think most of the employees are overworked and yelled at too much as they work (I've eye witnessed this). they hate any outside 3rd parties who are there to help them, not compete with them, so many of the ones in management are highly stressed and hostile to vendors and other types of employees.

I've heard kids sometimes scream, scream, scream, one child for a good hour as the mother just kept walking her around in a cart – to a point of child endangerment.

Now when employees or workers in Walmart needs to concentrate and move around to do their work, the crowding, customer demands, lack of adequate space in aisles, cut off of 24/7 hours, placing all the makeup and personal products in some high security risk shelter,.....I could go on and on in how their superiors have made things harder for both employees, subcontractors, and the customers.

The greeters. Sometimes they get nasty too. The two lady managers I've heard hollering and overreacting at either customers or employees. They tarnish the atmosphere with negativity. I think those two ones should be replaced by more tolerant people.

I'm so sick of shopping in Walmart, to come out and barely get out of the store without a hassle due to, in general, the paranoid greeters, supervisors who don't care, walking around scowling, blaming the people under them.

It's a hassle shopping here now. It was okay before they closed 24/7, locked up the whole beauty dept. and create a hostile environment when they allow supervisors to scream and annoy the employees who are doing the best job they can.

You could not write a fictional movie script that could describe or present a company more punitive towards employees and more greedy than Walmart. Your imagination is not wild enough and devious enough to do it. For the most vicious human minds work at corporate.
The owners are not filthy rich for no reason. The buck stops with the owners, just how they have it planned. You could be on a death bed needing fifty cents to stay alive and any one of the several Walton owners would take it from your hand and walk away with a smile on their face. The most callous people ever seen on this planet.

Walmart is doing absolutely nothing for the virus - they are going after every dollar you can spend while there is zero help in the store and on top of that ? They are continuing the terminations of associates that have little to no hours available to make any money.

Walmart is a total c-ap hole company to work for
