Anyone else see Andy Cecere just got a 40% increase on his salary. Must be nice to be on top but leave your employees struggling. What is ethical about anything you are doing?

I work for US Bank currently and whole heartedly believe that Andy only cares about his pocket book. There are website and application defects that span years with no resolution. There seems to be monthly restructuring. I have seen people's jobs cut weeks before they are set to retire. All to avoid his lockets being lighted. Richard Davis is incredibly missed he was a person that was accountable to his employees and the share holders, Andy is a criminal and needs to be investigated
I honestly think leaving this sh– show is best thing one can do at this moment in time. It’s all going to fall and it’s been shaky....imagine now
