So we are entitled to our bonus and profit sharing pro-rata for 2019 (thru March and June). Where are those bonuses I don't have mine.

Checked the verizon payment history link and my checkstub dated 3/20/2020 was there. The taxed this check to death. Changed my allowances to single which is not what i had when worked there but nothing I can do about it.
Stock should be a check mailed to last address of record. Corp Profit share is a deposit to your 401k account.
How are those payments being sent to us? direct deposit if we had that during work time or a paper check mailed? Does anyone know.

On the stock payment deposit of the profit sharing. Those in 2019 were made as follows;
Stock payment - 3/22/2019
401k Profit sharing - 3/29/2019
So expect both in a similar window in 2020
Profit sharing not deposited yet, but will be before month's end. RSUs paid out 3/20.
STI (pro rated and at 100%) should have been included in your payout you got in 2019. The profit sharing should have been deposited into your retirement account this year. Lastly, we should be getting a check for the 25 shares of RSU stock soon that vested this year.
