Thread regarding Walmart layoffs

Doublefaced

I joined about three months ago and I have interviews for other places lined up for the next 2 weeks.

It's crazy - I'm listed as part time but scheduled 40 hours a week, the wont change me to full so they can get away with not giving me benefits.

I was sick and management told me to leave work and go to the doctor, then proceeded to not excuse my doctors note and give me a point.

Not to mention on how they "train" you.

I've never had an experience this bad before.

Some people have banged up legs, their feet going to the side, and they are just dragging along. I wonder if they got this way from working on the cement all day. Aha rhymes again. I must be p-ss-d.:)

I'm about ready to leave, because they are so paranoid. I've done so much to try to work alongside the managers and other employees, literally doing the job of three. No credit and constant sneering and blame once one of those managers has a bad day, and I just happen to be in the way. AHa. Rhymes.

Have the union come in and talk with associates. They can probably help with most of these matters
