They had a WFH option, but canned everyone because they weren’t in a hub - or that was the story at least.

It will never happen. They hire low quality people they can' t trust and micromanaging them is part of the structure.

I worked for SF in ET for 5 years and left for a 30% bump in pay in 2019 and I WFH. Lever looked back!

WFH will never work at State Farm because it negatively impacts their ability to micromanage. Micromanaging is critical in the organization today.

ytb...not WFH option. They are no longer competitive. Insurance has gone to much metrics and production based. They no longer focus on quality as much as they focus on quantity. They have lost their balance and sweet spot.
