There is almost no product overlap between HP and Xerox. So the $2B in "synergies" is a reduction in duplicate headcount. You dont need separate billing groups, or separate sales teams, or R&D, or IT.

Cramer used to cover Xerox as an analyst, so he knows a lot about the company and the industry. He doesn't often take such a negative tone about a company, but for some reason he's been totally against what Xerox is doing ever since this "buyout" process started. Makes me wonder if he knows something, or if he's hearing things behind the scenes.
