Cramer has never been better than chance. Roll some dice, same accuracy.
There is almost no product overlap between HP and Xerox. So the $2B in "synergies" is a reduction in duplicate headcount. You dont need separate billing groups, or separate sales teams, or R&D, or IT.
@SSUh
We’re all now dumber for having read your comment.

HP explains the overlap between hp and Xerox. 2 billion synergies huh?
Cramer used to cover Xerox as an analyst, so he knows a lot about the company and the industry. He doesn't often take such a negative tone about a company, but for some reason he's been totally against what Xerox is doing ever since this "buyout" process started. Makes me wonder if he knows something, or if he's hearing things behind the scenes.
At no point, in his rambling incoherent response was he even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. We’re all now dumber for having listen to that...and may god have mercy on us all...
SAVAGES!!
I'm getting out too!
Xerox “leadership” is how run by a corporate raider who has zero morals. Time to leave folks
