Culture!!! They can take their culture and shove it! Nothing makes people want to work harder than threats.... from the foreman to CEO this company has no f’n clue how to get employees to give there best... it’s like a communist country... they think they can threaten you into productivity

How do you set goals to save a “dead” company? How can my goals make a difference at this point? See the conundrum?
I know what motivates people. It’s allowing layoffs to linger for well over six months. People that literally have nothing to do because others are In Self preservation mode.
If employees were accountable for the value they bring, Doug and the rest of the “leadership” team would have been escorted off campus a long time ago.

All CHK employees are expected to be performance driven and be accountable for the value they bring to this organization. Your superiors expect that your reach your goals, or there are more than enough great people out there to take the helm. As stated previously those who spend their time during working hours on this web-site need to be shown the door.
