Nope, HP is slowly getting out of the ink print business. They are moving into medical devices and metal 3D and back to supplying industry equipment like they use to when they started out.

Canon is 3 times the size of Xerox (income per year and employees) so that is a BIG deal.

Considering the Canon/HP manufacturing relationship, this would cause problems HP/Xerox would need to figure out in a hurry. Doesn’t help that Xerox has no internal manufacturing capabilities to bring to the table. This could be trouble..
