2 weeks every time you get it.
Coronavirus. Thats 2 weeks right?
Give associates the option if they want to be paid out for their time. There’s a reason some people build their hours up and it’s usually in case something happens and they can’t come in for a while or take a long vacation. Either way, they worked for it and earned it and should be able to use it any which way they want.
GIVE ME MY 192 HOURS OF SICK TIME THAT ARE SITTING IN A BUCKET.
Pay in and pay out PTO.
Associates should be able to cash in on PTO hours in reverse the way they cash out. If I only have 6 PTO hours left but need 2 more and i get paid 15 an hour, let me give the company 30 bucks for another 2 hours so i don't get any points for attendance.
4 weeks of PTO plus 2 sick weeks. It would take care of everyone. That's how they have it in Europe and people like it.
Also, stop shaming people who take time off.
