The regional managers had NO say who stayed.
Well you are lucky. We had many great HR people in the past but they got beat down, got smart and left. Our latest HR like who even knows who they are now clearly told us all many months ago to NOT call her or email her. Use the other HR connections. Waste of payroll completely but protected by the old boys, at least in our region.
