The highly profitable division gets no bonus while those losing money get bonuses. Only Follett could come up with this plan. You deserve a talent Exodus.

Is April 2nd still the butcher day? We will all be fresh out of PTO days accrued so no payouts.
Only DF collects bonuses based on the net never policy.
Family doesn't care about it's reputation anymore.
Let's not forget all the people they got rid of, oh I mean Laid Off..That is more for their bonuses.
Corporate is getting a bonus because they did such a great job of delaying payments to their vendors.
No talent might be true for Higher Education. FSS still has talent in software. Maybe not for long the way they are being punished for the losses of others.
There has not been any talent at Follett for at least the last five years. Leadership, if you can call it that, simply parrots the failed Kmart executive leading the charge to decimate the stores and make them work without any resources, so they can line their own pockets and those of the family. No new ideas, just cut after cut.
