Bonus payments for D5s and up?

So the 2.9% was paid out to those below D5 but no word on payment s for bonus eligible employees. Why the silence? Say it will or will not be paid out

@bmps+13KDwABc, the documentation I was given the day I was let go contradicts the "rule" you state. No, it's not signed–it was provided electronically.

Rule is you have to be employed when the bonus is due for payment, your manager unfortunately was very wrong in telling you that.

I was a D05, IRIFd on Jan 17, and was told today by my former manager that the explicit instruction in my IRIF info packet, which was that i WOULD be eligible for the annual bonus since I worked through 12/31/19, is wrong. This was a "clerical error," and I am NOT eligible since not an employee when the payout occurs in the coming weeks. I am heartbroken and angry over this final indignity delivered with nothing more than an "oops."

Handwriting has been on the wall for awhile-D05 are going away. Roles previously held by D5 going to D3/D4. Unless these are directs to the C level, your time is limited as a D5 or D6. Don’t expect a downgrade discussion either — history (many on here can confirm) is to lay you off then replace with offshore or D3/D4.

My manager is clearly trying to cover her own backside and appear needed by the executive team so she won't get let go. Once all the layoffs and rebadging started there was an obvious change in her demeanor.

You guys are whiners - not everything is a conspiracy. You should ask your director or VP - my manager shared this info in a staff meeting weeks ago. The process takes weeks to roll up and approve thru the executives. D5 and above will know their bonus by mid-March payout is sometime in March or April but at the time that hadnt been determined

The bonus planning was completed by E01 and above. Apparently happening but don't know exactly when or how much.

It was quiet for the 2% last year too and came at the end of the month. Hopefully we’ll see it at the end of March.
