If operational excellence is sourcing to TCS/Accenture.. doubling down on it is scary.

TIS did not save money by outsourcing. TIS won't bring back in-house support because IT is not core business of Enbridge. Is the Innovation Lab core business ?
Is another dept getting outsourced to Accenture?
There are so many issues with TIS leadership now and their priorities, it's not even funny. Too many to list off.
I asked a bunch of questions via the app which were not approved, such as:
Why is the employee engagement metric 56%, isn't that low?
Any plans to consolidate TIS in a single city for the Utility?
Why didn't Toronto get an Innovation Hub from the get go?
I think these are relevant questions but the gate keepers thiught otherwise, I guess.
