These audit changes have me so nervous. Have to be perfect on every call. The pressure of unrealistic expectations is ridiculous. I am a human, not a robot. I am a really good nurse. But i really worry about what is coming with the audit changes.

You better just go. In HCCP they are looking for mentors for new hires. I do not see layoffs coming soon
