Can a cos change my hours the day of my shift without any notification beforehand? This has happened to me multiple times in the last month where let’s say I’m supposed to come in at 1 and they say I was supposed to be there for 11 because they changed it but the wire still says 1. Or they say I’m scheduled for longer than what’s on the wire.

Uh that’s definitely against company policy.
Yeah and If you have a lead or manager you like have them pull up the schedule go to the day of your shift click on your time and hit audit it will tell you when the last time your schedule was changed was and who did it
No they can not. If you go on the wire and it says you were scheduled at 1 then that's what it is. You can also have them to go to the wire and show you when it was changed.
Always take a picture of your schedule. They need to give you a 24 hour notice if a change is made to your schedule. And mss are not able to modify your schedule unless they have a manager sign on.
COS should have no control of your schedule. Go see your manager about it.
