Is it only my club or every club. Seems like TBC is getting screwed over with all of the manager changes in their department. They've been through 7 manager changes in the last 18 months. Only one of those manager changes helped them, being that manager actually worked in the department and tried to learn how to change tires.

My club hasn't had a team lead in 6 months . It's now said its everyone's job to train and do audits and ordering. those if us that have 5+ years experience are training high school dropouts with no exp and they are making $2 more per hour than we are....
Why would you want the managers help? The shop should run smoothly with the crew you have.
TBC is overseen by the front end manager. And has been like that for over a year. Your team lead may be expected to have knowledge of the department but a manager’s job is to insure that the team leads are training the associate on how to properly do the job. Team leads are responsible for running their business.
