So any new info on employees getting more of a raise than 2 Percent. I hate people lost their jobs today prayers for them and their families.. So sad.

Merchandiser here. Been capped out for years. It's very discouraging seeing so many other areas get raises. We work as hard and are as valuable as anyone else. Come on Sam's Club.... raise the caps a little! The cost of living continues to get more and more expensive. At least give us a cost of living increase!
I recieved a $0.27 raise which = 1.1%
ALL RAISES FOR THE MANAGEMENT TEAM WASN'T EQUALLY. FOR EX A LONG TERM ASSOCIATE IS GETTING WAY LESS THAN THE FRESH MANAGER THAT MAY HAVE JUST STARTED WITH THE COMPANY. THEY DESERVE IT JUST LIKE THE NEXT MANAGER AND MAY EVEN HAVE MORE REPONSIBILITY. IT'S A SLAP IN THE FACE FOR SOME MANAGERS.
My team at TBC do all returns and we look up our own receipts 🤷♂️. We pretty much run our department without anyone else's help
Yeah I seen the 2 percent raise I just didn't know if maybe there would be another announcement. I guess not. I guess the managers and team leads got all the raises. Wonder what they would do if team leads and those managers that hang out in their offices actually had to work like the rest of us would do if we all just said nope I am only doing the job I get paid for? I am sorry but they are not the ones that deserved the raises the people who actually do most of the work did. TMA was a joke to get a raise those people can't even do their own returns. Our team leads can't do membership and most of the time we have to help them over this c-ap. They do not value the people that actually do work. Welcome to Sam's club
From what I heard the raise will be more than 2% However I'm not sure if it's at all clubs or just certain ones.

Absolutely! You work for a very benevolent company. They are excited to share the savings they are enjoying by terminating your coworkers with those of you who remain. After all, Sam's Club exists to make the lives of their associates better. Your happiness is management's reason to get out of bed and do what they do each and every day.
