Does anyone know what SS&C’s severance policy is?

I’m somewhat sure it’s 2 weeks pay for every year. I want to get laid off with my tenure it is a big check but they never lay off the little people
How many years were you with the company?
They are paying you the dollar amount of what they would normally contribute to your benefits for 6 months in one lump sum. The rest may be different for different people (some were enrolled in single coverage, some in family coverage). In addition, I was paid 4 weeks pay plus all unused PTO (which in my case was 40 hours). The bonus is not guaranteed and is "at the discretion of your manager". I am not sure how that will work as my manager was also laid off. This part I had a problem with as the "bonus" is something that was earned over the previous 12 months and they are, in a sense, holding it hostage, unless you sign the SEPARATION AGREEMENT, and then and only then, you MIGHT get the bonus.
The benefits end at the end of February. But the cost of benefits for 6 months is what was given.
So are they paying the cost of healthcare for six months or are people covered for six months? I thought benefits ended at end of the month?
Do they still have to use the DST severance package? If so, when does that expire? Does anyone know what SS&C’s company policy is?
6 month healthcare, et cetera.
What do they mean 6 months benefits? Is that additional money?
2 weeks per year. 6 months benefits. No bonus and options were forfeit
