There is too much of "the sky is falling" by some who are still inherently p-ss-d about being let go so they unlock this piece inside of them of "everyone should have to feel what I experienced" and present it as them just coming here to check back up on things at Molina. Fill this in "_______ loves company". I said it once before - if your "happy" to be out of here and "finally free" then you already know what question I'm going to ask...Then why you here? I have been laid off from jobs that I hated and truly was ecstatic to be chosen to be laid off - to this day I couldn't tell ya if the company is still around, doing great, still downsizing or what have you. Why? Because I truly do not care. Does that mean I have to go and warn current employees about what may or may not happen with their jobs? Nope, not my concern anymore. Not one time did I want to go check up on the welfare of the business. Now, it goes without saying that at times there is genuine curiosity in the form of "hmm wondering what's going on over at Ol Molina?" That I truly get - its human nature. I am talking about the "get out now" doomsday watchers trying to scare others out of Molina. If I see an old colleague from a previous job I was laid off at however long ago I may ask how things are going at the business but I don't start giving them dire warnings.
A lot of ppl on here spread fear bc they probably felt wronged and betrayed and as if those two aren't bad enough in order to get a severance of some sort and survive without losing their homes, cars, etc., they more less have to answer the question at the door as they are escorted out of "Who's ur Daddy?" just to have to get past every emotion they feel to mutter "You are Molina". So in order to stick it to Molina they want the execs to feel like nobody wants to be a part of their company by mass quittings and wants Molina to feel like nobody wants any part of them. THAT is why these doomsday ppl do it. They want morale to be down, they want numbers to be off and make us miss, but most of all they want you to show up to work fearing for ur job and in a mindset of "what's the point I'm probably going to feet laid off anyways". That's the kind of people u want info from?
The simple truth is this typing this thread Molina layoffs has become completely unreliable for accurate information . For everyone person who divulges accurate information there are 15 more that play off of that knowing the fear it will strike in people. Coming here and speculating is one thing but coming here to speculate with the intention of causing others to fear for their jobs is another. Go back and look at the posts prior to Pink snitch divulging info to this group about a year ago - you will hardly see any posts that give such lucrative inside information. Ever since pink gave up that info it literally opened doors for everybody to act like pink with insider info which allowed them to spread false claims.
