What happens to drivers at plants that were not purchased (Miami)

If the're paying you that much to ride around with a laptop all day, maybe that's part of the problem.

Drivers are a dime a dozen around here. Or should I say a penny since most of them anymore are illegals working for peanuts. At they will help cooler guys out here in Siohx Falls.
Ok, i've done warehouse work for years and drivers have never loaded trailers. Most of the time the drivers haven't arrived yet when trailers are loading. Also at my plant I've seen the route drivers load their trucks all the time. So what's this prissy slap fight about?

I’m a shipping manager here at Land O lakes Sioux Falls. I can attest to truckers. Only time they get out of a truck is when they flap the doors open and shut and to sign paperwork in the docks.
Maybe you wouldn’t have pain issues if you guys actually helped the cooler staff more for the only workout you get during the week.

That's funny. So I guess I have hip, knee and back problems from 25 years of doing nothing? You're delusional if you think we "do mothing" all day. You obviously have never been on a route for an extended period of time. Even now, you still accept no responsibility for what you have done. It's you guys with your Laptops and clean golf shirts who sit on your butts and forward your BS plans from corporate. Then we have to go out and implement your BS. All the while, telling you "its not going to work". And then, when it doesn't work, you blame us. YOU ran this company into the ground. You should at least own. And the sad thing is, you will land on your feet. You will pick right up where you left off somewhere else and then proceed to ruin that company. While we have to start over. You'll get a bonus, while we get the shaft. I'm sure there are some route salesmen who are less than honorable. But then, so are some of the management. Don't loop us all in together because most of us, you dont even know.
We think the same way about sales when and what is the biggest stop you salesman have picked up lately amateurs probably be good Red Bull salesmen imo
