question about lump sum amount discrepancy

For those of you that are familiar, the lump sum estimator gives you three months worth of estimates. Earlier this month I pulled out an estimate. I had forgotten I did so and so today I pulled out another estimate. When I put the printout in my bag I then found the one I had pulled earlier in the month and I notice that for some reason the third month's figure has went up almost $30,000. These figures are for the same three months. I don't get it. Can anybody please explain how this works?

some are suddenly up $90,000.00.
It’s the new low rate.
may have been more lucrative to have stayed than left under last offer, but not sure.

The PBGC rate dropped to 0%. You get the best of GATT Rate VS PBGC.
