Is the AIP being paid out in March? My award statement says Effective July 1?

AIP payout was not postponed and will occur with the next paycheck depending on payroll schedule. Annual increases were postponed until July 1.

AIP Payout was delayed until July 1 2022 to help company meet savings goal this year.

This is the first company where I have worked that provided a bonus. Unless you count the hospital that gave us a voucher at Thanksgiving to go pick out a turkey from the grocery store. LOL. I have a Master's, so it's not like I have had a career where I bonus might not be expected. So, I appreciate Humana sharing some of the profit.

I got a good raise and bonus but still believe there will be layoffs. Unsure if we will get package others received in November RIF. I hope they ask for volunteers. Please.

Those of us who got raises were 2% or less so yes, it was a terrible year for raises. The government got over $3,000 of my AIP/check combination. You are right on when you talk about favoritism & promotions at Humana. I’ve seen it the entire time I’ve been here. Most of the management in my region do not deserve their jobs. They have way less education than the staff they are managing & they do not perform as managers should. They lose emails, don’t respond to questions, don’t know the answers to anything asked, & allow poor performers to keep their jobs. I wonder why upper management isn’t more involved with what’s going on at the lower level.

Anyone that got a raise...be thankful. I didn't get one and got an 80 multiplier. Been 2 years now with no raise and believe me it is not due to under performing. From people I talked to in my department they also got the same. The budget was 1.5%, which means they could have given everyone that. This is great motivation - to leave Humana. Tired of watching the favoritism and promotions that are unwarranted. I mean really...who goes from a professional 2 right to a manager??? Oh yeah - and that position was never posted. They just made it for that person.

Got my notification. Zero raise but a very handsome AIP. Slightly disappointed that there was no raise but delighted with the AIP payout. On the whole, I'm happy.

Way to go on the pay at Humana video, and the required prompts when dishing out what aip was... So the managers didn't have to answer questions. It was kind of pathetic.

AIP amount and raise will be available in Workday Friday, February 28th. Most people I have talked to got a decent raise considering the pool this year. Some better than others range of 2-5% for top performers and 90-100 personal multiplier on AIP. Bravo to Humana for showing they value good work.

AIP payout is March 6. Raises take effect the paycheck after.

My coach in HCCP has not mentioned AIP or raises yet. Not one word. What’s up with that?

Great bonus and raise, higher than I expected this year, given what’s been said. Though not as high as the last two years, but still good

Yeah they can say all they want about comparable for market but it just tells me that I am not being valued for my work performed. With the low rate received last year and nothing for one year prior I am getting livid of only a 2% impact on my salary over three years.

  1. You can, in the future, divert some of the AIP to your 401k to prevent some of the taxes.
  2. In light of the RIFs and changes, not getting a raise is great compared to not being laid off.
  3. The AIP is a nice chunk, reflective of your work, so if you’re exceptional, it is higher than if you were rated as full, so if you “worked your a– off”, it will be captured there.
  4. No, I’m not management, or a troll, and, Thanks, Bruce, for giving us a bump in compensation that way

I received my bonus amount, and I was at 100%, so I get my full amount. Target rate (mine was 6) x salary x 154.5 x% job performance = AIP.

No raise as my rate is comparable to others in my area

2% raise and AIP a little bit better than last year.Coach made a point to say that not everybody received raises. It was the lowest percentage of a raise I ever received. Grateful.

So no raises just AIP? I wonder if that’s across the board ?

What was it last year? Bruce sent out an email saying that AIP enterprise performance is 154.6% of the target.

I haven’t heard yet because my boss took the day off but if you go innWorkday & look under pay or compensation it says 6% but I’m not sure if that’s accurate or not.

Got a bonus like last years, but no raise. I’m a hard worker too! That stinks. So much of the bonus will be eaten up by taxes and the extra 25% bonus tax that it will hardly amount to anything.

Managers find out today & should be meeting with us but instead some took today off so we have to wait until next week. What’s it matter by then, it will be in Workday on 2/28/20 & we can view it ourselves. If the tables were turned they wouldn’t appreciate it either since we should have already found out about raises in January but that changed too.
