Tech is being stabilized after years of neglect . I like Saul .. Charlie May not like him but that is what makes him special. Charlie hides but Saul is in the open

Whats happening? Saul is trying to clean up his IT org. Its a mess. People all over the place.. projects in varying states of sh*t. people traveling for no reason. offsites for this and that with no real outcomes. multiple layers of useless management. How many directs does your manager have? Less than 10? Some have none. Some have a couple.
