There is nothing positive to be said about Oracle.
My friend and their entire team was not part of a 'class of' program. That is not what is being eliminated
I think the moderators do a pretty good job. I generally agree with the posts on here. Oracle is a really sh–ty place to work. It's good for people to have a place to vent a bit, and it's good to have the info on things that are taking place at Oracle, and then also the layoff rumors. It's all good. I like the site overall.
You probably included names. Using initials generally seems to work. Positive or negative, does not matter what the post is, just don't name anyone.
This is ridiculous ‘class of’ team is know for high turnover. Eliminating the program doesnt mean really mean a slow down but maybe preparing for a different strategy.
This whole site is a complete crock and the moderator are clearly shills for Oracle.
Tell that to my friend, whose entire team was shot last week. They will be impressed!

This is a layoff site, go to glassdor if you want to sing some songs about how great you feel about your company. In which case, what the hell are you doing here in the first place?

it is not just about layoffs. It goes from wild speculations, dart throwing, to libel. Don't pretend otherwise.
And, yes, bunch of embittered has-beens here. Move on with your life. Oracle doesn't owe you a job.
Yes- It's good when people on here are trashing Oracle and filing false information. You have disgruntle employee's that need to just leave instead of slandering a company. If you got layoff then find another job like everyone else.
This is a thread about layoffs. Are you suggesting that layoffs are a good thing?
