Today, businesses are in bed with Government, and all they care about is getting rich quick (scams). These scams are always unethical, corrupt, and greasy.
Norway cleaned house years back and basically got rid of all corruption, Thats what USA needs badly.

No one sees the harm NOW, thats being done for the future. But its happening, and its coming.
Everything Marvin is doing, is for personal, short term gain for himself, his friends, and shareholders. ALL at the cost of customers, employees, and the company. Long term goals are non-existent.
His so-called, posturing, "Push for Pro" has lost us business. The plan itself is not well thought out, and detrimental. Its as if the people in corporate have no clue what Pros want, need, and expect.
Marvin and co push a plan of harassment, and pestering. Constant emails and calls that are pointless! This new Loyalty program is nothing more than "hype". Lowe's forced employees to harass customers to sign up, WITHOUT even providing plan specifics. Customers would ask, "so what will this Loyalty program do for me?" And corporate expected us to just lie, and say well, you'll have to trust us and details are forth coming! Nonsense. It proves to customers we are snake oil salesmen rather than competent, caring, and truthful. We are anything but, "loyal."
The recent unqualified hires in this past year also proves Lowe's doesnt care about customer service any longer. They are all unqualified, and do not fulfill 5% of minimum requirements for the job.
Lowes is lost. We are a ship at sea, in a storm, with no captain and no steering wheel.
Marvin is not a leader, blaming "operations" in his last podcast for the RTM cut and others. What a clown. All respect is lost. He doesnt respect anyone or anything, and neither do we as employees. Mt store manager and ASM's openly say derogatory remarks, and brutal smears about district managers on up to Marvin.
When all respect is lost, so is the company.
