Management arbitration agreement

It appears there is a management forced arbitration agreement, but it can be opted out of somehow.

I can not find any details about it on one stop.

Does anyone know how I can get the details of it, and how the opt out process works?

Is it possible to opt out anytime, or only when the email is sent?

Two years ago I received an automated HR email where I needed to Take action to miopt out of arbitration. I did it but my coworkers ignored the email.

HR several times asked me to sign an arbitration agreement related to health benefits. In exchange for waiving my rights to sue, I was offered: nothing.

Ignored their nagging and nothing happened.

I think it depends on when you were hired. I was not under one when hired. On two separate occasions, the company sent me an email trying to get me to agree to one. Yeah, I’ll give up my rights in exchange for absolutely nothing LOL. My guess is that later hirees were made to sign them when they were first brought on board.
