How much are we looking at for the merit increase this year?

Wow what a difference in two weeks. Be happy you still have a job. No need to dream about big raises and profit sharing next year. Better cancel that new boat you ordered at the show three weeks ago. Keeping paying for your sled rental, or you will be taking the bus to work. Reality is back in Detroit.
10% same as last year
Could be a negative 100% if your found on the next removal list. Just saying.
