Being forced to 6 days next week. Not even 3 weeks into the quarter. Guess this is the push before the next round of layoffs.

Quality work, 3 to 4 tickets =10-12 hours. 8 hour shift equals 2-3 jobs. That’s how you start under the radar and make money.
A lot of clueless posts on here by people who have no idea what Prem Tech world is actually like. The harder and faster Prem Techs work, the more work the company puts on them.
They will not stop adding work and increasing performance requirements until prems either die of exhaustion or say "enough!" and start sandbagging. This is not laziness, this is self preservation when dealing with a system designed to exploit and abuse its workforce.
As for me, I will complete the same number of jobs per shift whether they make me work 9 hours or 12. I'm not k–ling myself for this company.
Blame techs all you want....they are MANAGED by supervisors! Failure starts at the top.....they don’t fire the players!! Managers are then handcuffed by the stupid corporate rules...and aren’t allowed to manage people!! This is a trickle down effect....
D9 Prem Techs are their own worst enemy. They were infiltrated by veteran I&R Techs that shared the notion of not staying busy and completing their assigned tickets to only work as hard as the next guy. Stay on a ticket for the maximum time allowed regardless if there was a NTF status upon arrival. Return difficult tickets as no access because there were additional problems identified. The Prem Techs adopted and ran with the new strategies because they were angry they were being forced. Forced because there were still tickets in the queue that the guys refused to pick up. The Techs only did their assigned jobs and that was it. They as a whole created and perpetuated the problem and have the audacity to complain when it becomes a force issue. That is probably the main issue Prem Techs don’t get any sympathy from the Core Techs. Very sad but true.

Funny how people defend laziness and promote sandbagging and doing nothing by watching Netflix until a release is given. Those guys are why there will be layoffs. If you was a tech in D9 don’t listen to those id–ts. Those guys have a lot of seniority and don’t care about the lower level techs losing their jobs. Most of the laziest techs have the most seniority.
Work to Rule, remember no job is so important that you can’t take time to watch some Netflix as we sandbag till the all
clear. As for the a–hole calling prem techs lazy and half assed maybe go blame Rat Randall and stinky for piling on more duties and worthless tests while adding to the workload as they fired technicians. No one and I mean no one is going to work any harder for a company that has such disdain for the men and women on the ground that are the foundation of the company and have given so much sweat and blood. You think 6 days of work scares techs? Son these crews have been sh– and spat on from atop and from customers, from animals and Mother Nature that’s what separates the boots from the weenies in the offices they can take it and can handle it and those who can’t quit simple as that.
Most direct techs I’ve worked a helper for have a poor work ethic . Have ran across a few decent ones .

Techs in D9 are lazy t–ds. Can’t clear the load. Half a$$ work. No wonder there are more layoffs.
@131E9v6R-1nyp has the right mentality to get you through this. Amen brother and sisters, this company puts out the practice but yet do we do it or just say and act compliant? Work the job by the book.... God bless you all in this situation we find ourselves in together...

Yes! Bring on the overtime....I’ll work at the same safe speed doing every time wasting test this company asks me to do. I’m paid by the hour and I have no loyalty to a company attempting to put me on the unemployment line. But I will stack my wallet and my 401k until my number is called. Stay safe out there brothers and sisters!
