Q4 earnings stunk! Any guesses on whether or not we'll get bonuses in March?

What day are bonuses paid? Anyone know?
your manager should get your comp sheet and discuss it with you by Feb 23

Hahahaha... you want a bonus when earning are terrible?! There will be some money to keep rock star performers and no soup for everyone else. They want people to quit so if you don’t pay a bonus, some will find other jobs. Saves the company severance and bonus payments.
Do you know why the stuck?? Expenses are out of control. Do you really think bonuses are a priority? If anything you should be concerned about having a job.
I doubt the powers that be want more bad press that would come with slashing beleaguered employee compensation due to sales scandal legal expenses, but you never know.
However, I think there will be big time staff reductions in 2020, either in layoffs or hiring freeze on backfilling attrition. Risk is bloated, corporate staff positions are bloated, and WIM is bloated.
New CEO not pulling any punches, hopefully sending a good chunk of the bad and incompetent management running scared.
