OP: If you are in Arizona do a browser search for "Arizona at will employment law". Unless you meet the discrimination requirements of the law you are out of luck. I've been there, got over it and moved on with my life.

Anyone successful in suing for MIP (bonus) that was RIFd in January or February or early March before payout deposits?

Any key legal angles used?

Rotsa-Ruck.

Thousands RIF'd, and you're special and didn't deserve it. Good luck with that one.

Are you an "Employee at Will" or on a Contract?

If the latter you can bargain for more. If "at will" 1 week for every year. The EEOC will take you through a process that may take 3 years to see a judge. Plenty of time for the HIPAC soft $ to make it go away.

Try the IBM route to pull in a class action: https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2019-07-31/ibm-fired-as-many-as-100-000-in-recent-years-court-case-shows
