Lay-offs weren’t enough - The latest kick in the teeth by Randall and Stankey

Just received email on the latest benefit loss. This is the first of the 4% reduction in labor cost, as announced recently by the Stank.

Employees retiring after January 01, 2021 will no the longer receive the medical subsidy (currently $2,700.00) after qualifying for Medicare. For now, No changes for those that currently receive the subsidy.

Yet another Merry Christmas present from your company elites. Hope you enjoy that big bonus and raise while laying people off & reducing their benefits, A$$holes!!!

I’m sure as ethical, employee concerned, integrity driven upstanding leaders, Randall, Stanley, C-suite will not take a raise, bonus and have the same reduction in benefits.

Lol, Hahahaha, I just made myself laugh!

One of the next things will be a reduction in 401k match, watch and see if they don’t. The erosion of our benefits is starting to get fast-tracked.

This impacts me. It's a bit of a drag. A couple of you seem to be taking it real hard. Chin up, folks.

I Don’t Trust A Darned Thing They Do. Threaten to take away the subsidy if you don’t retire by 01/01/2021, and then if you retire in order to keep the subsidy only for them to take it away later. Crummy, sneaky rat b–tards.

Our country is sick, from the two-tiered Washington elite justice system to No culpability for corporate elite greed and decimating the company’s employees lives.

Yes, so, adding to why and how 202 will be a bloodbath, if you are eligible for retirement, if you don't get a MVO or Surplus, and get the severance package, then bail in Dec 2020 with no severance and keep this very valuable retirement medical subsidy. I'm retirement eligible, met Rule 75 1.5 years ago, and want to work 2 more years, and if I leave, I would like to have a severance. I suppose the only thing that could really screw up this new game plan given this bad news, is I get outsourced. I can't recall if I can keep my full pension if that happens to me, I think so. What a rotten deal this is, and only to make an already toxic workplace even more so.
