Two more associates leaving before the end of the year; one is gone at the end of this week, the second gone right after Christmas and the third leaves Lowe’s January 3rd. Two part timers are the only ones left that know anything; management tries to help but more often than not customers get told to come ba CB k when the part timers are scheduled.

I’m part time too working full time hours. Our full time csa 4 quit and I took over their schedule as a part time csa 2.
I am a part timer and yes the effects of mental health are real. Very stressed for a 25hr a week job. I will be moving on soon unless something changes.
It’s now insane what they are expecting people at the lowest pay rate to do to cover for shortages in other areas. Store will be more profitable, ASM,SM will get HUGE bonus , us peons will get nothing more but are doing work for other areas short staffed. And paid/bonused (winning together) as the lazy constant nc/ns we have to constantly cover for, missing breaks all time when get pulled into cashier for ‘quick break cover’ then 2 hours later still there and have to stay beyond closing because asm calls you out for not getting your dept work done. I’m happy to do work for multiple associate but give me their winning together $,cuz they sure as heck didn’t earn it by nc/ns or hiding in their dept never covering for those short.
Lowes is harmful to ones mental health. I experienced it and have witnessed it across the board. 10 years with the company. Couldn't be happier now that I have moved on. Good luck to everyone.
We have had around 13-16 people leaving or left in the past two months
The one leaving in January is a former dept manager, the two are recent hires. No idea why any are leaving, I was asked to work more hours.
My last year with Lowe’s was a joke,the amount of times I would come back from lunch and have a employee tell there’s a customer waiting on you or he said he will come back at 3 because no one could help him.i couldn’t have a day off without and email or a note taped to my desk about someone needing help but no one could while I was off.
