This is just sad and disgraceful. This is already a hard time of year for some and then to add this burden is an awful shame! Not that any time is a good time to lose your job, but come on! Can't it wait until after the new year? To top it off there's still a good amount of people that are still in limbo and haven't heard one way or another so they're going into the holiday season stressed out because they don't know if they will come back to a job or not.
Welcome to true corporate America I guess No regard to employee well being and complete lack of dignity to even give a darn. I think we all saw it coming unfortunately, even though Truist stands for "Better" everything...I guess they forgot morale and empathy for employees.
