Any opinion on the CCB in Columbus? Any layoffs there recently? How is work/life balance? Would it be a good area to take a job at?

You don't want to be in CBB.. #headsupjamie
Phone reps in Columbus credit card were placed in different positions while the 20 managers have to fight and apply on their own for new jobs. No placement at all.
All of credit card and retail customer service were laid off but the phone reps were all able to find new positions within the company while leadership is being forced to search on their own
It depends on the team. CCB probably has 10k people in Columbus.
Gordon is appalled? Lol maybe he should speak to his HR DEPT. discrimination complaints thru out the organization! It starts from within. How can u expect consumers to be treated properly when your own internal management can’t! Stop playing everyone for a fool and open your eyes!

CCB is huge so some are definitely some better teams than others. Columbus is a strategic hub for Chase so while there will always be the possibility of layoffs there will also be a lot of opportunities at that location.
Not sure yet what team. Are there some better than other?
What team within CCB?
