Is there any confirmation on this rumors? I have heard some people were verbally offered but, has to wait until January if the job offer stands. Especially in North America OCI

If the freeze is really until January, seems january could be the target for layoffs. If it was march, like I was thinking, freeze would be longer, until March.

They have done that for years. Lost many great candidates that way. ORCL does everything wrong.
That a shifty way to treat people with offers. Why would they hang around waiting? I’d say, yeah ok , ima gonna keep looking.
